Hair Transplant clinic Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly presentable and customer-focused Hair Transplant Clinic Administrator / Patient Coordinator with experience in hair restoration or hair transplant clinics. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, capable of handling patient inquiries, converting leads into consultations and procedures, and ensuring excellent patient experience throughout the treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front desk and patient coordination activities professionally
• Attend inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings
• Explain hair transplant procedures, sessions, packages, and post-treatment care confidently
• Follow up with potential patients and maintain conversion pipeline
• Coordinate consultation schedules and treatment appointments
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to improve retention and referrals
• Support doctors and clinical team in smooth clinic operations
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with marketing team regarding leads and customer follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hair transplant / hair restoration / aesthetic clinic environment
• Experience dealing with hair transplant patients or hair restoration clinics in UAE or home country
• Very presentable and professional personality
• Strong sales, convincing and customer conversion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hair transplant sessions, treatment process, and patient counselling
• Ability to handle customer objections and close consultations effectively
• Language - Malayalam / Hindi

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
