Head Nurse - Dental

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to oversee the nursing operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the nursing team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to provide seamless patient care.
• Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee clinical documentation, incident reporting, and inventory of medical supplies.
• Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.

Requirements:

• Valid DOH License
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or Head Nurse role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical practices, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.
