This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact research and innovation hub shaping the future of healthcare—combining 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗫𝗥), 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗕𝗖𝗜 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, and 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: • 10+ years of combined academic + industry experience in XR technologies, neurotechnology, or HCI • Proven research excellence and hands-on expertise across 𝗫𝗥 (𝗔𝗥/𝗩𝗥/𝗠𝗥) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗖𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 • Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, publishing, and securing research funding • Experience applying immersive tech or neurotech to healthcare, medical education, or clinical innovation • Ability to build partnerships across academia, industry, and clinical teams 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱: • Development of novel XR & BCI solutions for clinical training, patient care, and therapeutic applications • Translation of advanced research into validated clinical tools • A world-class innovation ecosystem within Dubai Health If you are passionate about shaping the future of healthcare through XR and neurotechnology, we want to hear from you. 📩 If you would like to receive the full job description, please feel free to DM.
