• Endocare is a specialty clinic for metabolic conditions with a focus on obesity that opened in Dubai in 2023 and in Abu Dhabi in 2025
• Endocare has developed a proprietary treatment approach for people struggling with obesity in the form of a medicated lifestyle intervention. To achieve sustainable weight loss, patients receive personalized coaching throughout the medicated treatment period and beyond, helping them to achieve weight loss that lasts
• In addition to obesity care, we are deeply focused on longevity, combining preventive and personalized interventions that support long-term healthspan
• We are looking for a qualified and driven Health Coach to complement our team
• Role will be based part-time and based in Abu Dhabi

Qualifications and experience

• Educational background in Nutrition, Clinical Dietetics, or Health Coaching from a renowned institution
• Significant experience in coaching patients (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in longevity, functional nutrition, weight-loss, lifestyle changes, obesity and/or mental health / cognitive behavioural therapy
• Experience with virtual coaching setups
• Experience with GLP-1 weight loss medication
• Must be licensed by Department of Health (full license not only eligibility letter)

Duties and responsibilities

• Conducting regular, personalized coaching sessions (in person and virtually) with our patients to help them develop healthy habits, thereby inducing sustainable lifestyle improvements that help our patients achieve weight loss that lasts
• Closely collaborating with the overall medical team (endocrinologists, nurses and admin staff) to create a seamless patient experience
• Creating engaging social media posts and interacting with the online community to promote healthy lifestyle habits
• Remaining up-to-date on relevant developments, trends, research, and technology
