Healthcare Media Buyer - Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive media buying strategy aligned with the clinic’s business goals, including patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Identify the most effective channels (digital, offline, search, social, display, video, OOH, broadcast, radio, etc.) for audience targeting in the healthcare space.
• Conduct audience segmentation and persona development based on target patients (e.g., dental, cosmetic, medical specialties).

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Plan and purchase media across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, programmatic/display networks, and healthcare directories.
• Set up campaigns, audience targeting, budgets, bids, creatives, tracking, and launch schedules.
• Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and landing page performance improvements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Establish KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS, conversions, patient bookings, CLV) and develop dashboards/reports for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights on campaign performance and media spend efficiency.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership, adjusting strategies based on clinic goals.

Compliance & Branding

• Ensure all ads comply with UAE healthcare advertising regulations (including DHA/HAAD/DOH guidelines) and internal brand standards.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to vet healthcare claims, messaging, and creative content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Team, Graphic Designers, and Clinic Operations to align media campaigns with promotions, seasonal offerings, and new services.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to integrate media campaigns with email and SMS patient journeys.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
