Location: Riyadh, Tabuk, and Alkharj

Program Duration: 6 Months, Starting from November 2025

Eligibility: Fresh Graduates Only

About the Program

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) invites motivated Saudi graduates to join its HMGeneration2 Program (Tamheer), a structured, full-time training opportunity designed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional employment in the healthcare sector.

As an HMGeneration trainee, you will gain hands-on experience, structured training, and access to one of the most advanced healthcare environments in the region.

This program aims to prepare engineers for future roles in engineering within HMG's Engineering Department.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must meet Tamheer eligibility criteria:

  • Saudi citizen
  • Hold a relevant bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, and Architectural Engineering
  • Registered in Tamheer via the HRDF platform
  • Have not previously joined a Tamheer program
  • Have been unemployed for more than 3 months
  • No prior work experience exceeding 1 year
