Job Description

We are a well-established medical clinic in Dubai looking for a Hostess to join our professional and welcoming team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage patient check-ins and waiting areas efficiently.
• Coordinate with reception and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area at all times.

Qualifications and Requirement

• Previous experience as a Hostess (preferably in a clinic or hospitality setting).
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Must currently be in UAE .
