Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing and training housekeeping staff, inspecting assigned areas, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and addressing customer service inquiries to meet patient and facility expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory and leadership skills to manage, train, and coordinate housekeeping staff
  • Expertise in Housekeeping protocols and Laundry operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing client and team member needs effectively
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
