FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC is a leading fertility and IVF healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through innovation, professionalism, and excellence. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
• Coordinate visa, labor, and licensing documentation as required.
• Support employee performance appraisal and training activities.
• Ensure HR files and documentation are organized and confidential.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with UAE Labor Law and healthcare regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ Atleast 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

✅ Knowledge of:

• UAE Labour Law
• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• HR documentation and employee records

✅ Proficient in:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

✅Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or hospital HR experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Experience with JCI-accredited healthcare facilities is an advantage
