HR Intern

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documents.
  • Ensure proper filing of employee documentation.
  • Support data entry in the HRMS.

Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate document collection from new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding kits and welcome documentation.
  • Support induction activities.

HR Operations

  • Assist with attendance and leave record updates.
  • Support HR projects and employee engagement activities.
  • Help prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
  • Perform general administrative duties assigned by the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: From AED10.00 per month

Work Location: In person
