Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR policy development, and a thorough understanding of Qatar Labour Law and government processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Well versed with Microsoft excel, word & PPT.
• Well versed with all HR related functions
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with government ministries and regulatory authorities for HR-related matters.
• Support employee relations and address HR operational queries.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day HR operations.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Hands-on experience in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Experience dealing with government ministries and regulatory authorities in Qatar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS is an advantage.

Salary

• Up to QAR 7,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
