Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Riyadh. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks will include coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) skills and HR Management experience
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
