Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance / Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and accurately assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure proper billing and insurance claim submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and patient records.
• Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Ensure coding reflects the services provided.
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
• Resolve claim denials and coding-related issues.
• Communicate with physicians and medical staff for clarification when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance regulations.

Qualifications and Requirement

• Valid medical coding certification (CPC, CCA, CCS, or equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical coding or insurance billing.
• Familiarity with EHR and medical billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must currently be in UAE.

Location: UAE Dubai
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
