IT Manager required in a hospital in Dubai

Manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT, with extensive knowledge of hospital systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing authorities.

-Oversee Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), PACS, LIS, ERP, and other healthcare applications.

-Ensure maximum system availability, performance, and data security

-Lead IT projects, system upgrades, digital transformation, and technology implementation

-Develop IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies

-Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and procurement

-Supervise and mentor the IT support team

-Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity requirements

-Provide technical support to clinical and administrative departments.

Must have hands-on experience preparing for and supporting audits conducted by healthcare regulatory and accreditation bodies, including:

• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Joint Commission International (JCI)
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management
• NABIDH (where applicable)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
