Junior Accountant & Finance Executive

Kaya Skin Care Clinic is a leading aesthetic and dermatology healthcare provider committed to delivering skincare solutions through advanced technology and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive / Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Support VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Verify employee reimbursements and expense claims.
• Maintain organized financial records for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with clinics, vendors, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience (healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
