Job Description

Gift Station Trading is seeking an experienced and responsible Junior Accounting Person to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting records, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily accounting activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Monitor invoices, payments, and company expenses
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports when required
• Supervise inventory and stock-related financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
• Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous accounting experience is prefered
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting systems/software is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities independently

• التنسيق مع الإدارة بخصوص الميزانيات والتخطيط المالي

المتطلبات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة
• يفضل خبرة سابقة في المحاسبة
• معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية وبرنامج Excel
• يفضل وجود خبرة في برامج المحاسبة
• مهارات تنظيم وتحليل قوية
• الدقة والقدرة على تحمل المسؤولية والعمل باستقلالية
