Job Description Summary This role is part of the Tamheer Program, a six‑month on‑the‑job training initiative aimed at developing fresh graduates and preparing them for future career opportunities.
The Key Account Specialist is a customer-facing role within GE HealthCare, responsible for supporting sales and account management activities. This position focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business objectives. Operates within established processes and guidelines, with some autonomy in decision-making
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for assigned accounts; addition of new customers is rare and subject to review.
- Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&L.
- Develop working knowledge of GE Healthcare products, solutions, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
- Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding customer unmet needs, to project execution oversight
- Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders; explain technical and commercial information clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 experience in sales or account management is preferably in healthcare or imaging solutions.
- Saudi national
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months
- Eligibility for Tamheer program

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute programs effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare imaging technologies and market trends.
- Strong project management and customer relationships
