Role Description

·       Manage and develop relationships with key accounts including hospitals, clinics, and distributors

·       Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

·       Achieving sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth

·       Present and promote medical device products to healthcare professionals

·       Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

·       Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales

·       Strong network within Bahrain’s healthcare sector is an advantage

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
