About the Team

Based in Riyadh, the team collaborates closely with stakeholders across public, private, and strategic sectors to implement cutting-edge solutions such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) , Population Health Management (PHM) platforms, and advanced analytics tools . Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
  • Drive sales and market penetration for digital health products including EMR, PHM, and healthcare web applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clusters, and insurance companies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and proposing tailored digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
  • Contribute to positioning IQVIA as a leading provider of digital health innovations in Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Bring

  • Educational background in Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or Medicine .
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within the digital health domain.
  • Proven success in software sales , including quota-carrying roles and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and expand existing relationships.
