Role Overview

A creative Design & Art Studio in Al Quoz is seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist cum Party Host to manage front-desk operations while also supporting and hosting children’s parties and studio events. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with a lively, engaging personality suited for event hosting and guest interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in reception, customer service, or event hosting
• Previous party hosting or entertainment experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of balloon décor or simple party decorations
• Basic graphic or presentation skills (creating presentations or PDFs)
• Good computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Confident, outgoing, and child-friendly personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible to work during weekends or event schedules
• Available to join immediately
