Laboratory Technologist

Healing Touch Medical Center LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Laboratory Technologist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy of results, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
• Collect, label, and process patient samples
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Ensure quality control and compliance with MOHAP regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Valid SHA license or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
