Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead ABA Therapist based in Dubai. The Lead ABA Therapist will develop and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children, monitor their progress, and adjust intervention plans as needed. The role involves supervising therapy sessions, mentoring junior therapists, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and working collaboratively with families, educators, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior analysis techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working effectively with families, children, and multidisciplinary teams
• Solid foundation in psychology and experience working with children with special needs
• Certification as a BCBaA / QASP-S or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
• Experience in designing and implementing ABA programs
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing training
