Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Analyst. The Legal Analyst will be responsible for researching legal issues, analyzing changes in laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, and reviewing contractual agreements. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and providing clear and concise legal advice as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for evaluating legal issues and regulations
• Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and negotiating Contractual Agreements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• Experience in corporate or commercial law is a plus
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
