We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across two FMCG facilities located in Jebel Ali and Al Quoz. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with industrial machinery and strong knowledge of MEP systems, ensuring smooth plant operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across both sites
• Ensure smooth functioning of industrial production machinery
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Manage MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Monitor civil, mechanical, and electrical maintenance requirements
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
• Coordinate with production team to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Supervise technicians and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and plant maintenance
• Experience handling MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical works
• Ability to manage operations across two locations (Jebel Ali & Al Quoz)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
