Job Purpose

To contribute to the design and delivery of organization development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and supervision for the Section of Organizational Development (OD).
  • Develop and manage the annual operational plan of organization Development section.
  • Analyzing the organizational structures to identify areas for improvement based on needs.
  • Leads short- and long-range development strategy to improve the organizational capabilities.
  • Outlines the improvement strategies to increase the productivity and optimize the efficiency
  • Provide direction and guidance for OD team in tracking & solving organizational issues.
  • Overcome challenges with OD intervention and taking the full responsibility for action.
  • Exploring the development opportunities to optimize organizational potential and growth.
  • Assist in analyzing the achieved results and generate the related reports.
  • Ensures familiarity and compliance with all KAAUH policies and processes.
  • Manages the individual development plan of OD staff and monitor their progress level.
  • Report the findings and recommendations to Health Affairs Advisory Board to get their direction and support if needed.
  • Performs other job related duties, as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’ degree in Business Administration, Business Process Management, Hospital/ Healthcare Administration or a related field. (with 9 years of experience)

  • Master’ degree in Business Administration, Business Process Management, Hospital/ Healthcare Administration or a related field. (with 7 years of experience)
