The role involves handling government-related documentation, permits, and approvals. Daily tasks include processing applications, renewing licenses, managing visa requests, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal requirements. The PRO/Mandoob will also liaise with government offices and keep up to date with relevant policies and procedures to support company operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of governmental procedures and regulations, including experience managing visa processes, licensing, and compliance
- Experience in Medical industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of all required documentation and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government officials and internal teams
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential
- Proven ability to handle confidential documents and maintain discretion
- Experience in a similar role in Qatar is highly preferred
- Valid Qatari driving license and familiarity with local travel routes
