About The Role MedAire is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Saudi Naional) to join our global marketing team, based in Riyadh. This entry-level role is ideally suited for a recent graduate or individual with internship experience who is keen to begin their marketing career within the aviation sector. The primary responsibility is to regionalize global content effectively to resonate with clients and prospects across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, support regional sales activities, and uphold MedAire’s brand guidelines across all communications

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in adapting global marketing content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to provide marketing support for events, tradeshows, and client meetings within MEA.
  • Customize marketing templates, presentations, and sales collateral to align with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
  • Support the planning and coordination of regional marketing events, webinars
  • Maintain and update regional marketing and sales resources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct research to understand local market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences across MEA.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including scheduling, coordination, and tracking of activities.
  • Assist in content creation, including drafting and proofreading marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
  • Support basic digital marketing activities including social media scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.

Required Work Experience

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Internship experience in marketing, communications or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, etc.)

Required Languages

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Arabic is mandatory, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team and with clients.
