Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive in Abu Dhabi to support brand growth and customer engagement within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, campaign execution, content creation, and hospitality marketing strategies .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website content
• Create engaging marketing content, advertisements, and branding materials
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies
• Support brand positioning and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for marketing alignment
• Manage partnerships, events, and promotional collaborations
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• UAE experience preferred
