Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a
related field.
• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields is a
plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Digital Marketing, or
healthcare marketing certifications) are an advantage.
- Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of medical terminology in Arabic and English is a plus.
- Professional Development:
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the marketing
field, particularly in healthcare marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices.
• Willingness to attend workshops, webinars, or seminars related to marketing,
healthcare industry trends, and digital technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
A Marketing Specialist keeps their eyes on marketing trends and works with
companies to create advertising campaigns, pricing strategies based on
demographic data and targeting specific customer demographics.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s
visibility and promote its services to a broader audience.
• Align marketing strategies with the hospital’s objectives, values, and target
audience to achieve business goals.
- Manage Digital and Social Media Campaigns:
• Oversee the hospital’s presence on digital platforms, including social media
channels.
- Content Creation and Management:
• Create and manage high-quality content for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with medical and PR teams to ensure content is aligned with hospital
services and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to understand healthcare trends, patient needs,
and competitor strategies.
• Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in
marketing efforts.
- Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the hospital’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all
marketing materials and communications.
• Develop brand messaging that resonates with the target audience and promotes
patient trust and loyalty.
- Organize and Promote Events:
• Plan and coordinate hospital events, health seminars, webinars, and community
outreach programs to engage with patients and local communities.
• Promote hospital services through exhibitions, conferences, and other events to
build brand presence.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., doctors, department heads, public
relations) to ensure marketing activities are aligned with hospital operations and
patient needs.
• Collaborate with the HR and management teams to promote employer branding
and employee engagement through marketing efforts.
- Manage Budgets and Resources:
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of
resources across campaigns and initiatives.
• Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and service providers to ensure quality services
are delivered within budget.

- Marketing Principles: Deep understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and

sector.

- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including email
marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Content Creation: Strong ability to create engaging and professional content,
including articles, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.

and evolving healthcare trends.

Experience
:
1.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare,
hospital, or medical services sector.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media
strategies, and content creation.
3.Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and improve brand awareness.
4.Experience in market research and competitor analysis to understand market
trends and customer needs.
5.Experience in the healthcare industry or within a hospital environment is highly
preferred.
6.Familiarity with hospital branding and patient relationship management.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
