Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Eradah’s brand, increase community engagement, and promote our rehabilitation services across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, and promotional materials
• Coordinate marketing events, community awareness campaigns, and partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support marketing activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
• Stay up to date with market trends and recommend new marketing opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills
