Massage Therapist instructor

WISE Training Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Massage Therapy Trainer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or certified Massage Therapist (as required by local regulations).

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a massage therapist.

• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and various massage techniques.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Ability to demonstrate massage techniques safely and effectively.

• Familiarity with health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.

• Proficient in preparing lesson plans, conducting practical assessments, and evaluating student performance.

• Basic computer skills for preparing training materials and maintaining student records.

• A diploma or degree in Massage Therapy, Health Sciences, Education, or a related field is preferred.

• Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualifications are an advantage if teaching accredited vocational programs.

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop professional skills.

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical massage therapy training
• Assess and evaluate student performance
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Mentor students toward industry standards and certification

Location: Dubai, UAE,Port saeed

Pay: AED150.00 - AED200.00 per day
