Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh Region for a Medical Education Manager.
The Medical Education Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating medical education and training programs for healthcare professionals within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate medical education programs within the hospital.
- Organize and manage medical training courses such as BLS, ACLS, and other accredited programs.
- Monitor and track Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with educational bodies and accreditation organizations to ensure official approval of training programs.
- Manage training schedules and development plans in alignment with hospital needs.
- Ensure all educational programs align with the latest medical standards and practices.
- Collaborate with various medical departments to enhance professional development.
- Oversee budgets allocated for training and educational activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous medical education and professional growth within the hospital.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Medical Education and Medical Affairs.
- Experience in developing and managing training programs and educational activities.
- Solid understanding of Medicine and current medical advancements.
- Experience in organizing and managing certified courses (BLS, ACLS, CME programs).
- Experience in tracking CME credits and staff educational requirements.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and coordination with regulatory and educational bodies.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management of educational programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Master’s degree in Medical Education, Public Health, or related field is preferred.
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
