Medical Laboratory Technologist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent Senior Lab Technologist with exclusive experience in Microbiology and Molecular . The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA License, have 1–2 years of UAE-based laboratory experience, and be fluent in Hindi. This role involves specialized work in microbial testing and molecular techniques such as PCR, nucleic acid extraction, and pathogen detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing exclusively in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, including but not limited to:
• Bacterial culture and sensitivity
• Viral detection
• PCR and other nucleic acid amplification methods
• Molecular screening panels
• Handle and process clinical specimens according to biosafety standards.
• Operate and maintain instruments such as PCR machines, biosafety cabinets, incubators, and analyzers.
• Record, validate, and report accurate results via the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control, and laboratory best practices.
• Maintain quality control logs, participate in internal audits, and adhere to accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and pathologists to ensure accurate interpretation of test results.
• Support inventory management for reagents and molecular kits.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid DHA License as Laboratory Technologist (Microbiology & Molecular focus).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in the UAE in a Microbiology and Molecular lab setting.
• Experience limited to Microbiology and Molecular is a MUST.
• Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English (verbal and written) is also required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field.
• Must be available for in-person interviews only (no online interviews accepted).

Preferred Attributes

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a busy lab environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with PCR troubleshooting and microbial ID systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
