Medical Management Coordinator

We are looking for a qualified Medical Manager to supervise daily clinic operations and support medical and administrative teams. The role includes coordinating doctors and nurses, ensuring smooth patient care, and following UAE health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily medical activities and staff schedules.
• Support doctors and nurses in their duties.
• Ensure compliance with MOH/DHA rules.
• Handle patient service and operational issues.
• Prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Medical or healthcare-related qualification.
• Experience in clinic or healthcare management.
• Good communication in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
