MEP Team Leader

A leading Facility Management company in Dubai is having immediate openings for MEP Team Leader

-3 years working experience in the same field / Maintenance/ Facilities Management.

-holding diploma / certificates

-Good command in spoken and written English

We are seeking an experienced and motivated MEP Team Leader oversee and manage a team of technicians and maintenance of MEP in delivering high-quality maintenance and technical services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with specific expertise in AC system maintenance and general technical services. This role requires leadership, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper maintenance of MEP systems

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Installation and maintenance of HVAC like FCU,AHU,FAHU,VRF etc

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as required.

Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct on-the-job training as needed.

Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and inventory control.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfill service requirements.

Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
