Job Description Summary

Specialized role responsible for the accurate legal and clinical registration of vital events under the Admission & Discharge division. Manages the MOH platform workflows, and serves as the primary liaison between JHAH, the Ministry of Health, and concerned government entities.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the MOH portal entry for all hospital deaths, ensuring 100% data accuracy and timely submission
  • Verify legal identity documents of the deceased and authorized receivers before issuing "Burial Release Permits"
  • Coordinate with the Mortuary Technician to authorize physical body release only after system clearance
  • Coordinating with concerned government entities as per policy
  • Prepare weekly statistical reports on mortality volume and demography

Professional Certifications Required

Valid SCFHS Registration

Diploma or Associate Degree in health care fields

Preferred +2 years of experience in health care.
