Neurologist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Neurologist to join our clinic in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with neurological disorders while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and best clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, stroke, headache disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, and dementia
• Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
• Prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with DOH regulations
• Collaborate with other physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinic policies and DOH standards
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and clinic protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education

Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Specialized qualification in Neurology (MD, DM, or equivalent)
• Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License or Eligibility is mandatory
• Minimum relevant clinical experience as per DOH requirements
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC healthcare system
• Patient-focused approach with strong commitment to quality care
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
