\* Welcome and assist patients, and accompany them to the laser department. \* Explain basic procedure instructions before and after laser treatments. \* Ensure patient files and required consent forms are completed before procedures. \* Prepare and maintain the laser room, including cleaning and arranging equipment before and after each session. \* Assist the laser specialist during treatment sessions as required. \* Prepare patients before sessions according to the specialist’s instructions. \* Monitor patient comfort during sessions and answer general inquiries. \* Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow up with patients. \* Schedule laser appointments and remind patients of upcoming sessions. \* Monitor patient satisfaction and report any concerns or feedback to management. \* Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy. \* Follow clinic hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety policies.
