Nursery Assistant Teacher

1. Position and Scope

We are pleased to offer you the position of Assistant Teacher at [Nursery Name]. You will report directly to the Lead Teacher and Nursery Manager. Your primary role is to support the classroom environment and ensure the safety and development of our students.

1. Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,800 (Total package).
• Visa Status: It is agreed that you will remain on your own visa (family/spouse sponsorship). The nursery will provide a Labour Card (Work Permit) as required by UAE law.
• Annual Leave: 30 days of paid leave per year (usually taken during summer/winter breaks).
• Medical Insurance: Provided as per UAE Labour Law (if not covered by your current sponsor).
• End of Service: Gratuity will be calculated as per the UAE Labour Law.

1. Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Timings: [e.g., 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM].
• Probation Period: 3 to 6 months.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead Teacher in preparing lesson materials and activities.
• Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play, meal times, and rest periods.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and behavior.
