Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assist patients in improving functional abilities, daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor skills, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DOH regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, infection control standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid DOH License/Eligibility Letter as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
