- We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the import, distribution, and marketing cycle, as well as proficiency in accounting, management, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Assist with financial tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Support the sales and marketing team by preparing presentations, conducting market research, and coordinating trade shows.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the import, distribution, and marketing cycle.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
