Ophthalmologist – Own Visa | Revenue Sharing Basis

We are inviting a licensed Ophthalmologist to associate with our medical center on a pure revenue-sharing basis. The consultant will practice independently while utilizing the medical center’s infrastructure, facilities, and support services.

Scope of Services & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ophthalmic consultations and eye examinations
• Diagnose and manage common eye conditions including refractive errors, infections, glaucoma, cataract screening, diabetic eye disease, and other ocular disorders
• Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Perform minor ophthalmic procedures as permitted under MOH regulations
• Maintain proper medical records, ICD coding, and insurance documentation
• Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, ethical medical practice, and patient safety standards
• Coordinate referrals for surgical or advanced ophthalmic care when required

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBBS with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Valid MOH License / Eligibility to practice in UAE
• Own valid UAE visa (mandatory)
• Minimum experience as per MOH regulations
• Good communication skills and patient-centric approach

Engagement Terms

• Pure revenue-sharing model (no fixed salary)
• Revenue percentage to be mutually agreed
• Medical center will provide consultation room, basic equipment, nursing/support staff, and administrative assistance
• Consultant will manage professional indemnity as per regulatory requirements

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
