Patient Coordinator

• Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.
• Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.
• Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.
• Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic preferably in aesthetic and dental treatment, plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics.
• Track record of over-achieving target
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• People Friendly personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Aesthetics Clinic experience
• English/Arabic language will be an added advantage.
