Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Clinic Supervisor & Patient Coordinator to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure excellent patient experience, and support the medical team. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage staff, appointments, and patient relations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Clinic Supervision Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor staff performance and attendance. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, DHA regulations, and quality standards. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. Manage inventory and clinic supplies when required. Prepare operational reports and assist management with clinic improvements. Patient Coordination Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments. Follow up with patients regarding treatments, consultations, and post-treatment care. Explain treatment plans, packages, and pricing to patients. Coordinate patient journeys from consultation to treatment completion. Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality. Support patient retention and satisfaction initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare administration qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting. Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Preferred Skills Sales and patient conversion experience.
