We are seeking a professional and well-organized Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare environment and will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and confirmation.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately in the system.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reports.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Handle insurance verification and approval processes (if applicable).
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly appointment and revenue reports.
  • Support marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the center’s image and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical center or clinic is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in handling claims.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic administrative procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
