Personal Assistant to Educationa Psychologist, must have psychology degree from western institution

We are hiring a Personal Assistant for an Educational Psychologist

• Job location: Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai

• Must have previous experience as a Psychologist assistant

• Ideally, with a relevant background studies in the psychology field and with degree from western institute

• Must be fast and able to work at a high pace and in a demanding environment

MAIN TASKS

• ⁠ Administrative tasks: scheduling, confirming appointments with parents and schools, managing follow-ups, and keeping the therapist's calendar updated.
• ⁠ ⁠Report and document support: formatting, proofreading, uploading to portals, ensuring reports are sent to the right people on time.
• ⁠Assessment support: scoring assessments, generating Q-Global reports, compiling all information into a draft report for me to edit and finalise. Putting together all forms and record booklets needed for the assessments ahead of time. Ensuring all material is kept neatly and safely.
• ⁠ Client communication: handling initial parent enquiries, sending consent forms, and managing reminders for payments or sessions. Marketing gently and in a persuasive tone when inquiries come in – have really good people skills working with mental health needs.
• ⁠ Operational coordination: liaising with accounts, school contacts, and external professionals for logistical matters. Arranging scheduling for guest appearances, school workshops, presentations, and podcasts.
• ⁠ Organisation and tracking: maintaining records of caseloads, progress trackers, and ensuring deadlines are not missed. Following up on forms from parents, like behavioural scale forms from parents or schools.
• ⁠ ⁠Therapy support: printing or photocopying materials, preparing therapy files before sessions, and filing therapy notes after sessions.
