Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist who excels in performing blood draws for  both children and adults . The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a calm, reassuring presence - even in challenging situations. A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Prepare patients for sample collection with clear communication and a reassuring approach
• Manage sample documentation and maintain accurate records in the medical system
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Uphold patient confidentiality and deliver service with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical or laboratory setting (experience with pediatric patients is mandatory)
• DHA license is required
• Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and lab safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
