Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a DHA-Licensed Physiotherapist at Aims Healthcare. The Physiotherapist will provide patient-centered care through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and effective therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patients’ physical conditions, collaboratively setting recovery goals, monitoring progress, and offering education on exercises for rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in patient assessment, diagnosis, and designing customized treatment plans
  • Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, pain management techniques, and rehabilitation protocols
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean and safe therapeutic environment
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility for licensure in Dubai
  • Prior experience in home healthcare or corporate settings is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple patients effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
