Qualifications

  • Strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
  • Leadership and people-management skills, with experience supervising clinical teams, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Organizational and operational management skills, including department planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, patients, and families.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements in the UAE, and clinical governance principles.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid physiotherapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.
  • Several years of progressive experience in physiotherapy, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, medical education, and the adoption of innovative rehabilitation approaches.
