Piping Supervisor

Job Purpose: Supervise piping fabrication, installation, and testing for process gas, lube oil, and utility systems in live refinery brownfield.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise piping fabrication and installation per ASME B31.3
• Coordinate welding activities and weld traceability
• Ensure compliance with ASME IX welding standards
• Manage NDT coordination (RT/UT/MT/PT per piping class)
• Pressure testing and leak testing execution
• Hot work permit coordination in live refinery
• Flange management and bolt torquing protocols

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years refinery piping installation with 5+ years in KSA
• Welding supervision and NDT coordination experience
• ASME B31.3 and ASME IX knowledge
• Brownfield piping tie-in experience (SABIC/Aramco)
• Hot work and PTW certification
• Transferable Iqama

Preferred

• SASREF or SABIC refinery piping experience
• 6G welder certification (if coming from trades background)

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
